Refund policy

Shipping

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at rjsbootsinfo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In Store Pickup  

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Warranty Claims
RJ's Work Boots has a 30 day warranty policy in the event of a manufacturer defect. To start a warranty claim you can contact us at rjsbootsinfo@gmail.com with the following

  • Date of purchase 
  • Pictures of the defective area(s) (2+ pictures) 

If your warranty is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon receiving the item a replacement pair or credit will be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Item labeled as is or heavily discounted outlet items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges 
To ensure quick turn around time please notify RJ's Work Boots of a required style or size change. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items will be shipped back at customers expense. Replacement pair will be shipped out upon receiving original pair. 

 

Exchanges on worn product
RJ's Work Boots does not offer a store wide comfort guarantee on footwear. A few of our manufacturers offer comfort guarantees on certain products.

Exchanges on worn product will be treated on a case by case basis depending on wear. Item will be shipped back at owners expense and restocking fee might be incurred on an exchange or refund. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping call tag. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
